In 2008 Liberty life decided to make their intranet easier for their employees to navigate. Specifically the entry-level sales representatives who need to research and understand their target audiences.
The new intranet creates a playful environment with strong subconscious cues hinting at the personalities of the specific market segment that the employee is enquiring about. Additionally every segment is colour-coded in order to ease continuous recognition when browsing the immense amount of data collected and distributed by the relevant departments
